We no longer recommend Cloud Accounting Software to new clients. We now insist on it. For as little as €10 a month we can sign clients up to innovative software that will allow us to access it help out as required.
No software updating or backups are required and you can access from any device at any stage. That is convenient but the real magic is in the functionality. You are effectively getting an extra assistant as the software uses intelligence and automation to improve how you record your transactions.
Expense Capturing
A follow on is that for more SME clients we are now also insisting that they utilise the image capturing software of AutoEntry. We can now set up a clients system so once they take a picture of the invoice with their phone we can get it posted to their accounting software without them having to do any more work.
Chatbots
Chatbots are a great example of innovation in business these days. A chatbot can handle data gathering, recurring queries and appointment booking to name a few. Is it expensive? No, you can set up an effective bot for about €20 per month and you don’t need much IT expertise.
